What we don't see on the imagery above is if one was alongside at the missile-pier,.
So, as I see it, Vilyuchinsk being empty of SSBNs now, especially just after a big exercise, is within norms.

The Professor Logachev is owned by Polar Marine Geosurvey Expedition, a subsidiary of the Russian state-owned mineral exploration company RosGeo.
A quick search didn't reveal anything on current expedition, but destination given on AIS is Fortaleza, Brazil
