In this woodland RuAF are confirmed to have advanced in March at least into the eastern end in the gully.
Here 25th Airborne Bde hits RuAF positions and destroys a MT-LB with ammo. An earlier destroyed AFV is seen at 0:03.

"Tihiy" tells other soldiers to calm down and save ammo. Russian artillery/mortar fire intensifies, and the shells start to land closer to the Ukrainians.
Part of the squad change their positions to have a better view of the right flank.

This did not turn out the way I expected. Instead of continued focus to try and encircle Bakhmut, RuAF shifted to an urban assault tactic. This is most likely a more costly tactic when it comes to lives, but it will probably spare some equipment.

The two most likely scenarios for Bakhmut at this point is:
1. The RU offensive comes to a halt due to attrition and Bakhmut becomes the new Marinka.
2. RuAF rotate forces and manage to do one last push forcing the AFU to withdraw.
