Ukrainian UAV targeted the building of military commissariat in the town of Novozybkov in Bryansk Oblast of Russia this evening, Russian officials claimed.

@JonHallin @wartranslated Flood the Russian defences and isolate any UAF cross Dnipro bridgehead from immediate counterattack/reinforcement fro the west I imagine. Basically the North Crimean Dam breaks its banks and is flooded along the flat land either side.
