The owner of the car that exploded in Melitopol was reportedly Ivan Tkach, who was appointed as the head of the municipal transport company by the Russians.
He was injured in the explosion and later died from his wounds in the hospital.

It is likely routine, but with everything else going on, including the ongoing active phase of exercise Joint Viking, I won't rule out a small suprise. No indications of anything unusual yet though.

@StatisticalMind @SizeMichael If that’s what he wanted to say then he should have worded it correctly. In this case judging by that quote, it was incorrectly worded. It makes it seem like Russia isn’t doing them anymore or any longer. Then 3 days later there was a strike. Russia does them less frequently now.
