Here's the full press release of the @US_EUCOM regarding the incident involving a US MQ-9 and Russian Su-27 over the Black Sea.
According to the US Air Force General James B. Hecker, "this unsafe and unprofessional act by the Russians nearly caused both aircraft to crash.”

An “Incident” occurred today over the Black Sea involving a US 🇺🇸 made MQ-9 Reaper Drone

Today there was an explosion in Melitopol. Presumably a car of Russian collaborator was blown up. There is a different information on who was inside the car. But he is reportedly in the hospital now.

The US Air Force says that a US Reaper UCAV was forced down by two Russian Su-27 fighters (presumably from the 38th Fighter Aviation Regiment) in the Black Sea. "Several times before the collision, the Su-27s dumped fuel on and flew in front of the MQ-9."
