It's hard to tell who this is but I think it's Ukrainians in the video. This is exactly what I expected from General Syrskis visit to Bakhmut.

I wrote a little bit about it here.

I would like to add that I think it's been time for UA to withdraw from Bakhmut for some time now. At the moment they are wasting personnel in an unfavorable position. I think General Syrskyi is doing what the Soviets always did, throw more bodies at the problem.

RT @KofmanMichael: Rob and I were in Bakhmut last week and the situation looked difficult. From artillery ammo shortages, increasingly contested lines of communication, and an attritional battle in unfavorable terrain - this fight doesn’t play to Ukraine’s advantages as a force. More to follow.

RT @OstapYarysh: When I first saw these images, I thought they were too shocking to be real so I didn’t share them.
I was wrong. This is Marinka, #Ukraine. The once peaceful city was completely destroyed by Russians. Nobody lives there anymore. Looks like a scene from a post-apocalyptic movie. https://twitter.com/OstapYarysh/status/1632282407578611712/photo/1
