@Yra1000 The difference is that Russia has mobilized now, so they are unlikely to face the same kind of manpower shortage that left Kharkiv vulnerable.

@Yra1000 Yes, and the Kherson offensive was a tough fight for Ukraine despite having the advantage of Russian forces with their back to the Dnipro. Also, easier for Russian forces to reinforce different parts of the front now.

In this instance I would translate "befinner seg på" to "are on"
Maybe it'll be clearer in the English version or prehaps they'll issue an amplifying statement.
