Just checked and no NOTAMs or PRIPs has been issued as of now, for Plesetsk or for SLBM launch.
The report from local Kamchatka media does seems trustworthy, so we'll just have to wait for the warnings.

According to local media RuMOD is going to perform a training launch of ICBM/SLBM (??) to Kura training area btw 15-25 Feb. It’s supposed:
- Sarmat ICBM (2nd flight test);
- Bulava SLBM;
- Yars ICBM.

NOTAM "Tempo Danger Area" for the Kara Sea goes active again tomorrow.
Not sure if anything special happened there when the area was active in January.

Similar NOTAM was issued in relation to Grom 2022.
Likely exercise/tests involving something air-launched.
