Optical imagery of northern latitudes isn't available in the darkest winter months, so until now, it hasn't been possible to see if some "missing" ones actually are at Olenegorsk

The Norwegian Government is presenting it's multi-year support package for Ukraine to the Parliamentary Party Leaders today.
According to NRK, the proposal called the "Nansen Program", is 75 Bn NOK (7.5 Bn EUR) over 5 years. 50% of this for military aid.

75 milliarder kroner til Ukraina: - Dette er en beskjed til Moskva
Statsminister Jonas Gahr Støre varsler at Norge skal gi 15 milliarder kroner hvert år de neste fem årene, for å støtte Ukraina. Han understreker at støtten også er et signal til Moskva. Støre får personlig takk fra Volodymyr Zelenskyj tilbake.

The former commander of the VDV’s 98th Airborne Division who retired as a Major General was allegedly killed in Ukraine as a volunteer leading a mobilized motorized rifle regiment from Tatarstan.
