RT @FarahG777: The departure of a large convoy of Russian peacekeepers from Khankendi along the Lachin corridor is a fact.

There is a possibility of their transfer directly to #Ukraine OR to the #Russia|n base in Gyumri,Armenia, so that Russian troops in Gyumri could be deployed to Ukraine. https://twitter.com/FarahG777/status/1501494434386661378/video/1

Уроженец села Жина Нувади Ленкоранского района, этнический талыш (шта?!) Марахим Мамедзаде оказался так себе танкист. Это просто геноцид какой-то https://vk.com/wall171659171_4596 #груз200 #всрф #потерьнет

@Alexvb78590535 Yes possibly not combat ready or political/military decision I dont know? Some reportedly sent to 27MRB's tank battalion last year for tests. Its' 40 T-90A + M were reportedly to be replaced by T-14 by 2022 but seems not to have happened as we see some destroyed T-90s from 27th

❗️OHCHR presented a report on cases of unpunished human rights violations and their scale in Belarus.
Main points:
• OHCHR found that, between May 2020 and May 2021, at least 37,000 people were arbitrarily arrested and detained.
MotolkoHelp (Twitter)

• Arrests had mostly been made at random, and security forces had chased and seized people they could catch, including passers-by and persons who were dragged out of cars and shops, people with an “alternative appearance.”
MotolkoHelp (Twitter)

• People were not allowed to read the police reports. Those who demanded to read them or refused to sign were beaten or threatened, including with rape.
• Pleas for medical help, water, food and access to a lavatory were ignored, and detainees were often beaten for complaining.
MotolkoHelp (Twitter)

• Detainees stated that between 30 and 50 people were packed into cells designed for 7 or 8 people, without adequate ventilation or sanitation.

• They had to listen to people being beaten and screaming in neighbouring cells or hallways.

Some detainees were forced to walk on a ⚪️🔴⚪️ flag, to sing the Belarusian national anthem, to repeat pro-government slogans or to chant “I love OMON” (riot police). Some detainees were tortured or abused to force them to unlock their mobile phones or reveal their passwords.
