In the majority of videos in which a UAV destroys a tank by dropping a munition on it (especially after the 1st month), the tank was already abandoned or immobilized. The weapons that immobilized them are more expensive. COTS UAVs dropping grenades are not replacing AT systems.

@einsteinradler UAVs are playing an important role, but people are missing many of their limitations. The cheap COTS UAVs are useful for tactical ISR, but EW/range limits them from pushing past the FLOT. If you want to use a UAV for counter-battery fire, you need something more expensive.

This is similar to looking at the # of aviation kills from MANPADS. There have been a lot, which has led some to exaggerate the effectiveness of MANPADS. But Russian aircraft are flying at low altitudes (in MANPADS range) in large part because they're more afraid of Buk-M1/S-300.
