These Russians were wearing Ukrainian uniforms and/or ID tape in an attempt to confuse the defenders.

Film released 03/02 of a claimed Russian Krasnopol guided artillery strike on UAF vehicle (at 48.919725, 38.263990). Various claims of its type include that it mounted a radar. IMO just an ordinary APC, perhaps a BMC Kirpi.
