I think we may have an answer to the differences between US and British assessments of Russian artillery munitions stockpiles, compared to the statements of the Estonian Intel Chief.

Sentinel-1 SAR-imagery of Medvedivka - NE Crimea this morning shows that significant quantities of equipment remains parked there, likely several battalions worth.

Equipment began to accumulate here in September, and this is possibly a Russian reserves concentration area.
