Previously there were a lot of reports from locals about forced deportation/"evacuation".
For example: Local residents of Nova Kakhovka report forced displacement of residents from three streets of city, and that Russian military has already begun to move into emptied houses.

Forced displacement of residents was also reported by 🇺🇦 Southern command:
“Under the pretext of preparing for defense in Nova Kakhovka, the Russian military is carrying out a forced evacuation of the locals……”

Also, before Russian statements concerning “evacuation”, 🇺🇦 sources associated with the military wrote suggestions that Russians are planning to organize the forced displacement of residents in the marked area on the map up to the 3/11 - 5/11

IMHO
It is known that, Russians planned to mobilize about 300,000. And some investigations suggest that real number could be even higher.
300 000 is a population of a whole city. Imagine yourself on a place of Ru officers -“where will you settle 300 000 military personal?”
