4) 09:40-12:50. A tilt-covered MAZ truck, a dropside KrAZ, 3 dropside Ural trucks and 2 Ural trucks (KUNG) of the Belarusian Armed Forces were moving in Minsk towards the M9 highway. Ural trucks had “У” marks (training).
