I'm not fully up to speed, but seems Ukraine has pulled off a very interesting, and impressive attack on the BLKFLT at Sevastopol today.
First part of this video seems to show an approch/attack on a Grigorovich-class at sea, and then a merchant ship at the roadstead.

On the second part of the video, its visible that the device from which the video is being shot is probably completely identical to the one that was previously found on the coast of Sevastopol about a month ago
