Agree. Grom was rather limited and routine in the visible activity. Nor was it, in my opinion, accompanied by aggressive rethoric and propaganda.

I'd say Russia actually showed some restraint this week, when it comes to nuclear signaling.

In his speech, Putin, as always, blamed the West for a variety of things and gave no hint that the war will end soon, but he also didn't really engage in rhetorical nuclear saber-rattling (I think the dirty bomb risk is far lower).
