And they have barely gained any of it back, basically none of it. Russia also hasn’t taken more than a handful of towns in Ukraine since 3-4 months ago.🇺🇦

Every military does this. It’s happened after every Ukrainian offensive it slowed for some time and then they go forward. It’s not realistic to always be taking land.

You are making a big deal over Ukraine not taking villages in a week. Look at it from August and look at it now. Both Russia and Ukraine have made the mistake to push to far forward then lose land.
