@T_90_M @GeromanAT The war going on doesn’t benefit China that much the longer it goes on. I think China would support a Full Mobilization by Russia. But there are certain escalations like ones with WMD which might turn China against Russia because having a large war disrupts business for everyone.

As for the nuclear dimension, I still believe little has changed since last week, despite Putins statements today.

Breaking the nuclear taboo is opening Pandora's box, offering minimal gains, but Russia has very much to loose by doing so.

@T_90_M @GeromanAT Weapons of Mass Destruction are not just Nukes, they include Biological and Chemical Weapons.

They could escalate to hitting governmental buildings too.

But if Russia isn’t planning on using Nukes then they should stop threatening to use them daily on their government run news.

@T_90_M @GeromanAT They help if used correctly. Chemical weapons are easy/cheap to make and are effective when used against large concentrations of troops. Russia was planned to use them at the start of the war but decided not too.

Chemical weapons penetrate strong bases that high explosives cant.

@KyivIndependent Ben Wallace and NATO probably know that the current situation for the Russia’s Military in Russia and on the battlefield may be severely worse than we think it is. Which is why Russia did a partial mobilization. They would not be doing a partial mobilization if they were winning.

@markmackinnon The fact that he had to say “We are not bluffing” means he knows his credibility was lower because of his previous threats. So he need to tell us that he isn’t lying this time, which he obviously is.
