Looks like Russia has deployed both Krasukha-2 and Krasukha-4 EW systems to Belarus. I would bet Moskva-1 EW systems are also deployed. The Krasukha-2/4 are used to interfere with reconnaissance aircraft and possibly with radar reconnaissance satellites.
