RT @CarlaBabbVOA: #BREAKING US seeing a "consolidation of #Russian capabilities" in #Syria post fall of Assad, per sr. military official. "They have ceased flight operations over the country. It appears to us that they're taking the steps that would be necessary if they were planning to retrograde their forces from there," although US doesn't know if Moscow has reached decision to do that.

Russia has also set their fleet that was in Tartous out into the eastern Mediterranean.
