The Belarusian Helsinki Committee @Belhelcom received consultative status with the UN ECOSOC after five years of attempts and delaying the process by Russia and China.
It’s the first case in the history when a Belarusan NGO receives such a status.

382. The same BTR-82A in twt 379-80 after recovery + a look inside. Interestingly its from the 27th Guards Motor Rifle Bde, while the T-80BVs were from 4th Guards + troops were suspected of being from the 64th Motor Rifle Bde - so looks like a composite BG.
