@tom_bullock_ Hard to tell for sure, but looks to me more like a BRM-1K judging by turret width, double sights on the turret and possibly only one firing port and vision block at the back.
They are claiming they captured it from UAF right?

Belarusian locomotives used by Russia to transfer troops to the Ukrainian borders were arrested in Ukraine.
