We note that on July 13 we received information that a train with military equipment was expected to arrive in Yelsk today.
And yesterday we received information that an echelon with military equipment was seen in Slonim (Grodno region) heading towards Baranavichy.

There were BMP-2 with red square marks and board numbers painted over. Thus, we can assume that today units of the 11th Separate Mechanized Brigade (place of permanent deployment – Slonim) will arrive in Yelsk.

Since the beginning of March 2022, the Belarusian military have been providing strengthened protection of the border with Ukraine. Units perform their tasks on a rotational basis, replacing each other.

Do suspect this may be cruise/expedition ships and weapons for protection against polar bears, and that the companies in question neglected the necessary paperwork.

An echelon with at least 15 infantry fighting vehicles (BMP) of the Belarusian Armed Forces arrived in Yelsk, now it’s being unloaded. It’s confirmed that the echelon arrived from Slonim, where the unit of the 11th Separate Mechanized Brigade is located.

The equipment includes 15-20 BMP-2 of the Belarusian Armed Forces. Also, this morning the same echelon was seen in Mazyr, moving towards Yelsk.
The number of enforcers in the town has also increased.

July 17 will be a day off for all training grounds, and for some it will also be July 16.
