A massive blast occurred today in the settlement of Kuzovatovo, Ulyanovsk Oblast of Russia. According to eyewitnesses, a tank truck caught fire and exploded. At least two people were injured.

Ukraine really needs this.

Russia is offering between a week and a months worth of training to new volunteer units, safe in Russia. This gives Ukraine a similar capability, the training will almost certainly be millions of times better as well.
