RT @maxseddon: Zelensky speaks to Russians again.

"Tonight you began bombing residential areas in the hero city of Kyiv. This is like 1941. I want to tell all Russian citizens who are coming out to protest: we hear you, you heard us, you started to believe us. Fight for us. Fight the war." https://twitter.com/maxseddon/status/1497083401181949953/photo/1

I believe the bridge in question is at 46.160242, 34.795689 (h/t @azyakancokkacan) and links the mainland to the Arabat Spit, which in turn links to occupied Crimea.

@visegrad24:
Vitaly Skakun is hailed as a hero after sacrificing his life to blow up the Henichesky Bridge.

The bridge was mined but a Russian column was advancing and there was no time to detonate it remotely.

Skakun radioed his unit and told them he would do it manually, saying goodbye. https://t.co/6gqIFxlc01

RT @CarlSchreck: Reminder that you should follow @ElenaChernenko, not because the Russian ForMin kicked her out of the pool for organizing an anti-war petition, but because she's a great reporter.
