Ukraine's 60th Separate Infantry Brigade announced its forces liberated the settlement of Potomkyne in the northern part of Kherson Oblast.
In the area, Ukrainian forces captured or destroyed a number of Russian military vehicles, including T-72B3M tank, BMP-2 & BMD-2 IFVs.

My take on the new NATO force model, based on the few details available, is that this likely entails pre-planned Transfers of Authority from national to NATO command, on a larger scale than in the past decades
