Belarusian human rights activist Anisiya Kazlyuk was released from the Migration Service in Kyiv, journalist Yauheniya Douhaya reports.
“The decision of the Migration Service on the protocol will be provided on Monday. They will probably impose a fine,” Yauheniya wrote.
