@UlMoki Not sure on the specific legal framework for the strait, but the basis is the Copenhagen Treaty of 1857, and the right to innocent passage.
So my answer to the question: Denmark can't restrict transits of any Russian ships, either civilian nor naval, in peacetime.

#Ukraine: British-donated Mastiff Protected Patrol Vehicle MRAP currently in use by Ukrainian Marines - according to Ukrainians they are much better than domestic Varta IMVs. In total, Britain donated 80 various armored fighting vehicles, including Mastiff, Wolfhound and Husky.
