An Ural vehicle (presumably a shift bus) was spotted today (25.02) at 10:20 near the Palace of the Republic in Minsk. There were about 10 people inside.
The vehicle is identified with a “V” mark.

14. Film in link of a destroyed Russian BM-21 Grad MLRS + 2nd damaged one. Also least 2 unidentifiable burned out vehicles, reportedly on the outskirts of Kharkiv. One BM-21 has a yellow star on the side as also recently seen on the 200 Motor Rifle Brigade
