Belarusian volunteers helped a cat from Bucha to return to its owners.
A month ago, Russian soldiers stole a cat from the village near Bucha and took it to Belarus.The Dumskaya wrote about this case, when Belarusian volunteers found the owners and returned the cat to them.

Volunteers hesitated to call the owners for a long time, but they did it. The cat’s owner did not even believe it first, thinking it was a prank. They called via Viber, where a further conversation took place.

The volunteers helped the cat named Max to get a new vet passport and a chip (it’s impossible to take an animal abroad without documents) and handed him over to Polish volunteers on the border. Now the skinny, trimmed cat is reunited with his family in the Czech Republic.
