It’s reported that the sound was heard earlier, probably, the missile was launched at 12:25.

See the father's earlier comments in link too. Now imagine the number of similar letters that will be sent out if there is general mobilisation followed by increased losses. A few months into that this will be amplified - a lot of pissed families looking for answers.
