The NOTAMs indicating a Yars ICBM test from Plesetsk to Kura was cancelled at 0744z yesterday.

The test in question has likely been postponed or scrubbed.

The Pacific Fleet has changed mooring practice over the summer for the larger warships.

Udaloy's and Steregushchiy's now are in Bukhta Uliss, behind net/boom defenses, and the Slava-class CG Varyag appear to be mainly using the Pavlovsk ammo pier.
