At 1:24 roughly 8 motorbikes (marked red) centred around explosion at 47.501263, 35.670984.

One issue here is the Geneva Convention Additional Protocol I, which the US never ratified but the majority of the world did.
With a war sustaining approach, I think one can make a case for Russia going after shipping to Ukraine too.

🇺🇦65th Mechanised Brigade report that a few days after the large mechanised attack of the 20th, RuAF tried to a smaller 'sneak' attack using motorbikes.
Eleven motorbikes were reportedly destroyed by FPV strikes and mines. https://twitter.com/Danspiun/status/1995932389810602030#m
