@SnarkHuntr @Etienne_Marcuz @russianforces @KomissarWhipla: While not identical, in the past coordinates have been the same, the combination of the two marked with red arrows does still look a lot like Yars from Plesetsk to me. Kura NOTAM with same timings just popped up.

Green arrow looks Chiza related, but again not identical to earlier PACFLT Bulava and it doesn't match the NAVWARN which is bigger, and haven't seen anything on the Pacific end yet.

As NOTAMs seems to be coming in now, things might get clearer in short while.
