The Shahed / Geran OWA UAVs used to strike Vyshgorod were armed with a main warhead and more than 20 smaller munitions. One of them struck a building but did not detonate, leaving behind 21 munitions and the main warhead. The munitions were removed by an EOD drone from Ukraine's State Emergency Service. The Ukrainian Sunflower Telegram channel says these Shaheds drop the smaller munitions first before circling back to strike their targets with the main warhead.

Rustem Umerov, who led the Ukrainian negotiators, described the meeting as “difficult but productive”, adding that “significant progress” had been made “on the path to establishing a just peace”.
