1) 02:00. 2 Russian fuel trucks were moving from Babruisk towards Slutsk along the R-43 highway.

3) 07:45. About 15 armored personnel carriers were moving from Vitebsk towards Haradok along the M8 highway (this highway leads to Nevel and Pskov, Russia)

The Ukrainian military is claiming that Colonel Ivan Grishin, the commander of Russia's 49th Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade (1st Tank Army), was killed. A Russian VK page from Smolensk is saying that he was killed on April 16.
