🇺🇸🇺🇦 The Russians have published photos of ATACMS debris from the Ukrainian strikes on Voronezh.
Here's what I gather from these images.

This intact motor assembly is consistent with most of the previous instances of ATACMS debris being photographed after Ukrainian fire missions. The missing warhead suggests a successful dispersal of the APAM submunitions.

This picture, of a warhead section, is clearly from a different debris field. The manufacture date, Sept 2001, indicates a Block IA missile from the FY00 order lot.

IA is MGM-140B though, and this missile is labelled MGM-140E, which was a designation of the Block IA QRU (M48), the first variant with a unitary warhead.

Funding to retrofit existing IA missiles into IA QRUs was first allocated in FY01, although it is unclear when and how many of these conversions were completed. New production of the M48 was first funded in FY02.

It could be that this missile was one of the first M48s that was retrofitted. That's the only way that the Sept 2001 production date can be explained.

In that case, I have to believe that the warhead section and motor assembly are from two different missiles. On a QRU the two would not separate in flight as they do on Block I & IA missiles.

The employment of both variants for this fire mission indicates that Ukraine had both area targets and point targets that they sought to destroy at the Voronezh training grounds.

RT @ChristopherJM: New: I can confirm a hasty US-Russia proposal being pushed to Ukrainians via Dmitriev-Witkoff to Umerov. It would amount to Ukraine’s capitulation, with people familiar telling me it’s merely the Kremlin’s maximalist demands.
Includes:
-Ukraine army cut in half
-Give up certain weapons
-Give up Donbas
-Zelensky displeased

@DanielLMcAdams: Why do you deny the Ukrainian people agency? Try talking to one rather than shedding fake crocodile tears. You don't care about them.

RT @michaeldweiss: Sounds like Dmitriev and Witkoff are trying to will into existence Russia’s maximalist demands, and opportunistically seizing on Russian battlefield gains and Ukraine’s corruption crisis. One U.S. government source tells me: “This is a joke and has no chance of succeeding. These are terms the U.S. has already rejected several times.”

My understanding of hashed US-Russian peace plan. As ugly as you’d expect:
— Ukr army 2.5 x reduction. Only Ukr army. Note: not 2x as speculated
— No foreign troops in Ukraine
— No foreign diplomatic planes in Ukraine
— Ban on long range weapons that can…

RT @Tatarigami_UA: The recent capitulation proposal appears to have been carefully tailored and presented to President Zelensky exactly at a time when his political capital was undermined by a corruption scandal, when he is the weakest. It is very unlikely that Zelensky would agree to capitulation
