A Marine who was at the awards ceremony says that the Iskander strike happened 15 minutes after the ceremony was supposed to begin, but the weather was overcast and there were no ISR UAS overhead. Shaheds were sent as well. He suspects the information was leaked to the Russians. He says 8 were killed, 40 were wounded, and 6 were missing.
