Details: In Chernihiv Oblast, a traction substation of Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways) was hit.

'Railway energy workers immediately began repair work during the night, but the Russians directed drones at the site of the restoration. Thanks to the monitoring system, workers were promptly moved to safety – there were no casualties,' Kuleba said."

A new Ukrainian military command, the Joint Forces Task Force, has been created, and it will be led by the Joint Forces Command under the leadership of General Mykhailo Drapaty. It is responsible for Kharkiv oblast and adjacent areas.
