@somewhatsubparr @JudeElms @TomTothIron I can confirm that that at least two Russian BTGs had losses here. The ones in the village I believe are from the 26th Tank Regiment of the 47th Guards Tank Division along with parts of a training regt at the Kamyanska dam. Then IMO a 2nd BTG from 3rd Motor Rifle Div was added.

He says that Russia needs to stop Ukrainian resupply and reinforcements by destroying Ukrainian airfields and wonders why Russian generals don't realize this. Igor Girkin has also been very critical of Russia's strategy and military leadership. 2/

@somewhatsubparr @JudeElms @TomTothIron IMO no hard/fast rule and Mil experts pushing out ORBATs from staff college documents confuse as some BTG are add hoc. IMO depends how they orientate the BTG for task/terrain and KM coverage. 10 is number of tank/BMPs in company. In short would always expect more IFVs than tanks.
