Хочу відмітити, що ДПСУ у системі МВС знає закони та Конституцію України набагато краще, ніж МЗС.
А саме: для прикордонників свідоцтво про народження — це документ, який підтверджує громадянство, а от для МЗС — чомусь ні. Саме тому вони (консульства) не дають офіційних відмов, не дозволяють навіть сфотографувати їх, бо тоді на представників МЗС можна було б подати до суду за порушення законів і Конституції України.
ДПСУ ж прямо пише: приїжджайте на кордон — все зробимо, все перевіримо згідно із законом.
Але! МВС не може допомогти громадянам дістатися до кордону. Єдині, хто може і, бл*ть, мусить це зробити — це МЗС, видавши свій довбаний лист на повернення.
Втім, МЗС не визнає свідоцтво про народження в Україні як документ, що засвідчує громадянство.
Тож не ображайтеся, панове — ви мене знаєте: треба суд — буде суд. Треба ЄСПЛ — буде ЄСПЛ.
Я людина вперта.
