RT @RALee85: Drone warfare has not lessened the requirements for physical fitness or toughness for infantry and many other specialties. Ukrainian infantry often have to walk up to 10 kilometers just to reach the front line and often spend months at a time on the zero line without rotation. UAS crews often have to walk long distances with heavy equipment as well. Poor physical fitness remains a liability in combat.

Overemphasizing such trends in a "PT surge" won't get one there either.

There is a legal basis to be found in UNCLOS for a more direct approach towards these kind of ships than Western countries have done so far.
