In addition to that, there are reports about take-off of a number of Russian Tupolev Tu-95MS strategic bombers, carrying cruise missiles.

There's a fire at the Novoshakhtinsk oil refinery located in Rostov Oblast following a Ukrainian drone attack tonight.

This is the largest refinery in southern Russia.
