@DominickGDonald @JimmySecUK: Ukraine has previously struck Russian bombers and airbases with strategic bombers. The land component is by far the most important part of Russia's nuclear triad. I think it is a very important event, but I'm not sure it will significantly alter the Kremlin's willingness to continue the war. I think we should be prepared for Russia to continue the war.
