🇳🇱The last Dutch F-16s destined for Ukraine have left the Netherlands. The aircraft left Volkel Air Base for Belgium today, where they are being prepared for delivery. 🇺🇦24th Mechanised Bde report that together with other units they defeated a morning attack, destroying a Tigr IMV (1:04), a BMD (1:09), its dismounts + 6 motorbike riders.
The BMD is likely a BTR-MDM.

@front_ukrainian: They are barely effective against ballistic missiles. Patriot is much more vulnerable to being destroyed if it only has PAC-2 missiles. They need PAC-3 MSE/CRI to take out Iskander-M ballistic missiles effectively. If the Patriot in Kyiv only had PAC-2s, it wouldn’t exist anymore

But these Iskander-M’s come in seconds, so the operators may not have enough time to determine if the missile was destroyed or not, and launch a PAC-3 later. So at times the PAC-2 maybe pointless. The risk is too high. The risk is losing a Patriot

Ukraine has the ability to defend itself. Russia is the aggressor, and Ukraine needs to strike Russian capabilities. It’s crazy some expect Ukraine to surrender
