During the talks in Istanbul, Russia and Ukraine agreed to hold a "1000 for 1000" prisoner exchange in the coming days, both sides confirmed.

The parties also discussed a potential meeting between Russian and Ukrainian Presidents, Vladimir Putin and Vladimir Zelensky, in the future.
