@stormmans: Реально причина в том, что кому-то в Кремле захотелось в СВОВУ поиграть и водовод к каналу разъебошили. Соответственно и до Мариуполя по той же причине перестала вода доходить, как водохранилища высосали, так и всё, последние годы засушливые к тому же
