Latest release from🇺🇦3rd Assault Bde reports they have also modernised the installation of the old R-73/A11 air to air missile, mounting them on a HMMWV in their air defence battalion.
Unclear if this builds on the recent of the UK adaptation in the Gravehawk ADS⬇️. https://twitter.com/Danspiun/status/1891789414675673164#m

🇺🇸🇺🇦 The United States doesn't recognize it as a loan either. It was all provided as grant assistance and cash sales pursuant to the Foreign Assistance Act and Arms Export Control Act.
If Trump wants to change the terms of future assistance he can, but not retroactively.
