/2. The Governor of the Leningrad Region of Russia confirmed the incident with the tanker: "On the morning of February 9, in the port of Ust-Luga, a man-made incident occurred on the tanker "Koala" during engine start-up, as a result of which the engine room was damaged.
The tanker is moored at the berth. There is no threat of an oil spill."
